Never date a man you are not attracted to for fear of being perceived as shallow. Chances are things won't work out anyways and you will just be mad at your self for going out with a fugly dude in the first place. I think shallowness is allowed.
I guess it depends on it you believe in instant fireworks or the random case of gradual attraction growing and forming as you spend more time with the individual.
lol! same thing for friendships oh! If you guys weren't on the friend tip don't allow that silly guilt to change your mind. Sometimes people are not friends for a reason, just as there can be a good reason for a lack of attraction to a person.

On the other hand, I've recently been a victim of someone i was attracted to turning out ... well a waste of time. So go figure.
